ABOUT THE TRIP:
This is a TRANSPORTATION-ONLY trip organized by volunteers in the community on the Saturday before Christmas each year. The price includes roundtrip coach bus fare on Eyre Bus, the driver tip, water bottles, and a PG-13 movie up & back. Seats are non-refundable but transferable.
DEPARTURE INFO:
The bus departs at 6:30 am from the commuter lot near BP & Bloom on Piney Orchard Parkway (Odenton). We board at 6:15 am sharp. Coffee & breakfast is available at Dunkin Donuts or BP before departure.
NEW YORK CITY DROP OFF/PICK UP:
Our NYC drop off is near 50th & Broadway in Times Square around 10:30 am. If you plan to go to a show, please select a 2:00 pm show time to be safe. The pick up for the return ride home is at 7:15 pm at or near the morning drop-off spot. We depart the city at 7:30 pm - with or without you - and typically arrive back in Odenton between 11:15-11:30 pm.
PLEASE NOTE: Group31, the trip organizers, and Eyre bus are not responsible for weather, traffic or mechanical delays. We must have 48 passengers per bus for the trip to be a "go". You will be notified by 12/01/2012 if there is a chance your bus will not fill up so you can make other plans.
